Responsible for running e-board meetings, attending President's Council Meetings/communicating with AIF's supervisors, managing the Discord server, and allocating tasks to other board members.

Responsible for helping the president execute their duties.

Responsible for running fundraisers, keeping track of floor money, collecting floor funds, and overseeing purchases.

Responsible for completing all housing assignment work for the next year (interviewing new applicants, assigning rooms, etc.).

Responsible for taking notes during E-board meetings, updating the attendance sheets, and checking + sending out weekly emails.

Responsible for posting on social media and creating promotional materials.

Responsible for organizing AIF's library and keeping track of floor inventory.

Responsible for updating AIF's websites and keeping track of Google Calendars & Forms.
